How to Register schools in Student tracking system karnataka

Welcome to STS Karnataka Tutorial 

Which schools and colleges are eligible to register with students achievement tracking system of Karnataka software. SATS Karnataka is initiative of Department of public instructions Karnataka.

Who are eligible to register with sts Karnataka software.
1) All Primary and secondary schools run by department of Public instructions (Education department)
2) All primary and secondary schools which are aid by government of Karnataka
3) All primary and secondary schools which are run by local bodies and universities.
4) All primary and secondary schools which are run by other departments of Karnataka ex, social welfare, minority development etc.
5) All pre university colleges (PU) which are government, aided and local bodies.

Where to Register for SATS Karnataka

For first time registration you should take a U-Dise Code for schools/ Colleges from department. Its unique code for schools and colleges all over India. You are to submit all documents related to schools permission to open schools as School Permission, first recognition and other local body permission letters with your request letter. Then official authority will give you U-Dise unique code.

After receiving the U_Dise code to your code you will contact the Cluster Resource person (CRP) for further details for registration to SATS software.

In this process keep in mind that if more than one schools or institutions run by one management, only one time register management registration.
